Lonestar Cowboy Cookers (LSCC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2010 with a heartfelt mission to support the community through volunteer-driven events and charitable giving. Proudly partnering with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, LSCC helps fund scholarships for Texas youth, contributing an impressive $50,000 in 2024 alone. Backed by a dedicated team of more than 65 passionate volunteers who collectively log over 5,000 hours each year, LSCC extends its support to local rodeos, community fundraisers, and charity cook-offs throughout Houston.
